JMRusseau Studios is locally owned and operated in Monroe, Michigan. I (Janet M. Russeau), am a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. I have over 10 years experience in using Photoshop and have been teaching Photoshop and Illustrator at the collegiate level for over five years.
